This is considered a classic in personal development, and Stephen R. Covey is one of the top sellers in this category. I have listened to other audios of his like this, and have the 7th and/or 8th habit books recently purchased. I have listened to numerous audios of Stephen R. Covey and I can ensure you he knows his stuff. This tape set I believe is from about 1992, I believe wikipedia says 1989, but the lessons stay true today that it teaches. It's probably something you have to listen to a couple of times to remember a lot of it. According to wikipedia "It has sold over 15 million copies in 38 languages since first publication" http://ping.fm/4OW8B
