This is a 4 tape set that I am listening to called First Things First by Stephen R. Covey, it's about Time Management. The co narrators are A. Roger Merrill and Rebecca R. Merrill. This tape set talks about creating priorities, and deciding what's most important and not just urgent. The tape set talks a lot about goals, and vision. You can buy the audio of this for about $10 or less used these days. Most likely you are going to buy a CD set. They have a list of 4 quadrants that they go by. Quadrant 2 is the area where activities are important, but not urgent. Stephen Covey is big on choices, decisions that you make to a well balanced lifestyle. He is in to continually doing the right habits. This is a New York Times best seller. They talk a lot about the different quadrants, and priorities to you.
There is a lot of talk about meetings, agenda's, discipline and being productive. This may be a tape set you want to listen to over and over to pick up new ideas each time, it's a lot to retain. There is a lot of talk about being a leader, and also about creating mission statements. About having a purpose in life and helping the world. He thinks we need to organize more, spend more time working on ourselves, and work on personal development. He talks about building relationships and enriching them, and strengthening. He is talking about giving service to others, to make a more significant life. This is a great tape set, and I recommend going to buy it.
